Her 2021 sales volume ranked her as one of the Top 3 Realtors in Winter Park, FL. She has been awarded the “Five Star- Best in Client Satisfaction” and her sales volume has placed her in the "Top Hot 100 Realtors" in Central Florida, out of 10,000 Realtors, since 2008. MaryStuart transitioned to Real Estate after teaching for Orange County Public Schools, where she was named Teacher of the Year at her elementary school in 2002. She was born and raised in Winter Park, and graduated from the University of Georgia. She has served on the board of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, and has received numerous recognitions for her volunteer work with the Chamber, as well as with Leadership Winter Park. MaryStuart also served as the Relocation Director at Fannie Hillman + Associates for 5 years, giving her invaluable experience with real estate markets around the world. MaryStuart is married and currently lives in Winter Park, with her husband of 13 years and their daughter.
