Masiray is nothing short of a professional. From the beginning until the end of my selling process, she was there for me every step of the way! Her communication is top notch, extremely responsive, and her and her team work like a well oiled machine. My decision to sell was last minute, and with previous real estate selling/buying experiences that were very discouraging, I was expecting the same and assumed that was just how real estate worked. Masiray and her team definitely changed my mind and it was the easiest most seamless process ever. She is a professional at everything from the very first meet and greet when she provided printouts of the comps of my home, and other helpful information and options that were very useful to me, helping me to competitively price my home to place on the market, to staging my home for the weekend long open house, making sure all of my questions were answered, and she stayed several steps ahead of everyone involved in the process of selling my home. I see Masiray being a highly sought after Realtor in wherever she is, and she is highly recommended. Thank you for everything, Masiray!

Marisay is in fact a true professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. An an active duty Sailor stationed away from the location of my property, she was able to get my house ready from the moment my client moved out.

She ensured all the contractor work was taken care off prior to listing. She suggested what needed to be done in order for the house to show well… With her guidance, the house looked brand new and presented attracted more buyers. and also. Due to her hard work and diligence, I was able to receive more than the asking price within a couple of hours.

The whole process was a very smooth one dealing with her and her team. She was very flexible to my availability and that is exactly what I needed. My house was closed without me stepping foot in Maryland.

As a military relocation specialist, she has my full confidence and I recommend her to anyone especially service members who do not have the time to dedicate to house hunting or are looking to relocate. I will definitely utilize her services again when needed

From the moment we were put in contact with Masiray she was very professional. Even with us being in a different state and time zone Masiray made sure that she remained in contact with us and provided the most up to date information during our home buying experience. From the beginning of searching for a realtor and throughout my closing Masiray provided phenomenal service. Before we started the process, she emailed a questionnaire to learn my wants and needs and scheduled a meeting via zoom to explain the process and her role. As a first time home buyer, this effort gave me comfort knowing that I had someone that could convey my needs while patiently and knowledgeably walking me through the process. During the process Masiray was always supportive, understanding and transparent with with how she answered every one of my crazy questions, calls, texts and emails. Upon closing I was actually amazed at how she made the overall process feel as I never really felt stressed (well at least not for long) when working with her. Masiray made it a pleasurable experience and helped me close on my first dream home!
