Mason Khatibi

As a LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER and REGISTERED ENGINEER, Mason Khatibi began buying and selling real estate in the 90's for personal investments in Miami then Jacksonville, Florida.

He enjoyed the Real Estate business very much that he decided to obtain his Real Estate License in 2007 to help his professional colleagues and their families buy and sell properties on a part time basis. Mason part time efforts quickly grew into a real estate consulting business, where he obtained his Real Estate Broker License in 2009 and soon his clients branded him as the engineer of real estate.

Mason’s credentials entails a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Engineering and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with over 35+ years of combined diversified organizational and managerial experience as a Professional Real Estate Broker and Registered Engineer.

Including but not limited to, acquisition of Residential/Commercial properties , contract negotiations, sale/purchase of conventional, distressed, short-sale, foreclosure and investment properties, project management, project engineering, sales engineering, customer service & management, power quality analysis, reliability assessment, back-up generation, electric system planning, capital budget planning, and college educator.
