Mason McDowell

Mason specializes in the evaluation, sale, purchase, and tax-deferred exchange of apartment and mixed-use buildings in the Bay Area, with a focus on San Francisco.

Growing up in Marin County, Mason competed in a variety of sports, but soccer was his passion. In college, he played for a Division I program at Loyola Marymount University. Over the years, he developed a set of skills and strengths on the playing field that led him to excel in competitive environments. Now, as a commercial real estate advisor, he brings the values of self-motivation and a strong work ethic to the service of every client he represents.
