Matt is an incredible realtor! As a first time home buyer, I truly had no idea what to expect in purchasing a home. Matt was excellent at explaining every step of the process so it didn’t feel overwhelming and actually made sense to me!

He is also incredibly flexible and diligent. I often work weird hours being a bedside nurse, and Matt always made time for me that fit to my work schedule.

We were first-time homebuyers searching for a multi-family home, and Matt was extremely helpful in not only showing us properties, but teaching us about real estate investing and land-lording. He was always willing to take time on weekends/evenings to show properties or take our calls when we had questions about the process. After finding out that our rental was being sold, my wife and I had ten days before she left the state for three weeks. We reached out to Matt to see if it was even remotely possible to find a house in ten days. Without hesitation he said it was possible and got us into 20 properties over four different days. First of all, Matt is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He worked with us through the ups and downs of the home-buying process - always making himself available when we needed him. He actually listens, he actually follows up, and actually cares about YOU as a client. For us, this meant we sold our home above our asking price in just a couple days. My home sold very quickly . It was due to the attention placed on advertising with not only traditional means but with the addition of social media. Matt was very quick to respond to my questions and any concerns I might have. Very pleased with the process and the price that was achieved.

Matt was an amazing realtor from start to finish. Not only did we have our childhood home that my mother was selling, but also looking for a quick close on another to buy. A lot of emotion was invested into the sale of my mother's home and the seamless and quick way Matt took care of it all was perfect. His attention to detail was on point and we felt our needs were taken care of the entire way. Not to mention, the amazing video he made of the home - I think is a big factor in which got us to selling within days!
On the flip side, he was also able to secure my mother a new home, in a new city under listing price. He knew her price point and made sure to secure her the best price with her priorities top of mind. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We met Matt at an open house, and he just seemed so easy, welcoming and generous from the outset. We had a lot of time on our hands so we began looking more than a year before we made our offer. Matt was aware of this, and instead of saying, "Call me back in a year's time", he was ready to help us from the beginning. He listened to our unique desires and worked hard to find that diamond in the rough. What I especially appreciate about him is that he was generous with his time and he never, not once, made us feel that we were a nuisance. If he was thinking it (because we truly were extremely high maintenance), he never showed it once. I am the type of person who loves the search. I find it very enjoyable to do a house-hunting trip seeing 6 houses at a time. And Matt delivered. We must have seen a hundred homes with him, and that really helped us understand what was available and what we could get for our budget. When it came to making an offer, he gave us great advice that allowed us to win one with multiple offers. I remember messaging him into the wee hours of the night, and he would reply back within minutes. I could feel that he was truly invested in us, that he wanted what was best for us, and that he would do everything he could to get us the very best. Thank you, Matt! For your sake, I hope you don't have any more clients as high-maintenance as we were. And for those out there looking for an agent, Matt is your guy.

Matt was an incredible asset for my wife and I as first-time home buyers. Ours was a more complicated search, as we transitioned back to the US after living in Asia. For more than a year, Matt patiently and cheerfully guided us and supported us in our search. We know we weren't the easiest clients, with some particular characteristics we were looking for in a home, and Matt never wavered in his commitment to finding us the home we envisioned. He was always prompt in answering our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he would point us in the right direction. He's thoughtful, down the personal touches of bringing a little "sold" sign for our photos with our new home. He even shared some of the amazing vegetables from his garden with us. I'm happy to say that we are in a wonderful house now thanks to Matt, and we feel lucky to call him a friend. For any future realtor needs we have, no one else will do but Matt!

As my Realtor Matt was very helpful and answered all the questions right from scheduling the first appointment to show the house till closing. Although we ran in to some hurdles with the buyer, Matt was good at advising drawbacks that I didn't know about while accepting the buyer offers. Matt was very punctual and was always getting back to my messages ASAP. Matt will go out of his job duties to make your property presentable, one example is when I was not able to attend some needs at my property to move some stuff, replacing light bulbs etc he did it by himself. I'm very glad I worked with Matt to sell my property and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
