We were first-time homebuyers searching for a multi-family home, and Matt was extremely helpful in not only showing us properties, but teaching us about real estate investing and land-lording. He was always willing to take time on weekends/evenings to show properties or take our calls when we had questions about the process. After finding out that our rental was being sold, my wife and I had ten days before she left the state for three weeks. We reached out to Matt to see if it was even remotely possible to find a house in ten days. Without hesitation he said it was possible and got us into 20 properties over four different days. Matt was an amazing realtor from start to finish. Not only did we have our childhood home that my mother was selling, but also looking for a quick close on another to buy. A lot of emotion was invested into the sale of my mother's home and the seamless and quick way Matt took care of it all was perfect. His attention to detail was on point and we felt our needs were taken care of the entire way. Not to mention, the amazing video he made of the home - I think is a big factor in which got us to selling within days!
On the flip side, he was also able to secure my mother a new home, in a new city under listing price. He knew her price point and made sure to secure her the best price with her priorities top of mind. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We met Matt at an open house, and he just seemed so easy, welcoming and generous from the outset. We had a lot of time on our hands so we began looking more than a year before we made our offer. Matt was aware of this, and instead of saying, "Call me back in a year's time", he was ready to help us from the beginning. What I especially appreciate about him is that he was generous with his time and he never, not once, made us feel that we were a nuisance. Although we ran in to some hurdles with the buyer, Matt was good at advising drawbacks that I didn't know about while accepting the buyer offers.
