Matt is an incredible realtor! As a first time home buyer, I truly had no idea what to expect in purchasing a home. Matt was excellent at explaining every step of the process so it didn’t feel overwhelming and actually made sense to me!

He is also incredibly flexible and diligent. I often work weird hours being a bedside nurse, and Matt always made time for me that fit to my work schedule.

We had a fantastic experience with Matt. We were first-time homebuyers searching for a multi-family home, and Matt was extremely helpful in not only showing us properties, but teaching us about real estate investing and land-lording. He was always willing to take time on weekends/evenings to show properties or take our calls when we had questions about the process. He was extremely knowledge, not only about the real estate market but also about potential red flags such as old utility systems and home conditions (roof showing age etc) that as first time home buyers we would have not picked up on. My wife and I recently partnered with Matt to sell our home and purchase a new one. All in all, he was absolutely incredible to work with and I would (and will) recommend him to anyone I know! Based on the first conversation we had, we knew we wanted to work with him. His low-pressure approach was immediately disarming and we never felt like “just another client” when speaking with him.

Selling our home was flawless – he first listened to what our goals were, then offered his opinion in a collaborative way. After finding out that our rental was being sold, my wife and I had ten days before she left the state for three weeks. We reached out to Matt to see if it was even remotely possible to find a house in ten days. Without hesitation he said it was possible and got us into 20 properties over four different days. With his guidance we were able to find a home that we are very happy with in an extremely short timeline and felt that we made a very informed decision. I now think it might have been the one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the very get-go, he was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. We expected to be overwhelmed by the process but Matt made things simple and easy to understand. In addition, he helped us to secure financing and found us a bunch of free money that made buying a home (a home we actually wanted, not just one we could afford) a possibility. He walked us through every step of the process, from helping us make a competitive offer, to advice regarding the inspection, to the socially-distanced closing, he always made sure we knew what was coming next and ensured we were prepared. He even made buying a house during a pandemic feel safe and easy. Simply put, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend you do yourself a HUGE favor and let Matt help you out. Matt was an amazing realtor from start to finish. Not only did we have our childhood home that my mother was selling, but also looking for a quick close on another to buy. A lot of emotion was invested into the sale of my mother's home and the seamless and quick way Matt took care of it all was perfect. His attention to detail was on point and we felt our needs were taken care of the entire way. Not to mention, the amazing video he made of the home - I think is a big factor in which got us to selling within days!
On the flip side, he was also able to secure my mother a new home, in a new city under listing price. He knew her price point and made sure to secure her the best price with her priorities top of mind. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We met Matt at an open house, and he just seemed so easy, welcoming and generous from the outset. We had a lot of time on our hands so we began looking more than a year before we made our offer. Matt was aware of this, and instead of saying, "Call me back in a year's time", he was ready to help us from the beginning. What I especially appreciate about him is that he was generous with his time and he never, not once, made us feel that we were a nuisance. For more than a year, Matt patiently and cheerfully guided us and supported us in our search. Although we ran in to some hurdles with the buyer, Matt was good at advising drawbacks that I didn't know about while accepting the buyer offers.
