Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University Chico. He then earned his Juris Doctor (Law) degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. He is a member of the California State Bar. He is a Broker member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the San Diego Association of Realtors.
Matt is the Broker and CEO of Vertical Horizon Real Estate. He has lived in California since 1988. He has been in real estate in one capacity or another for over 25 years. His experience in the real estate field and his legal background will translate into money in your pocket. In addition to being an attorney, he is a Broker, which means that he has additional education, experience, and licensing that real estate salespeople does not have. His knowledge of contract law is sure to surpass that of any real estate agent you will ever meet.
