Matt’s experience covers a wide range of properties including multi-family as well as residential and assisting clients with 1031 exchanges.

After appraising multi-family, commercial and residential real estate for much of the 2000’s, Matt turned to sales in 2009, focusing on his client-centric business model where the real estate needs of the people he’s working with come first.

Matt developed his comprehensive understanding of negotiations and market transactions from years spent selling municipal bonds both in San Francisco and on Wall Street in New York City.

He’s also taught math and computers at K-8 schools here in the Bay Area and even had a brief stint in the Silicon Valley tech world during the “dot com” years. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University which adds to his unique and diverse set of qualifications.

Matt’s mantra – Be honest, transparent, personable, and satisfy his clients’ needs beyond their expectations. His expertise in efficiently closing transactions while the seller or buyer feels at ease knowing they have a professional taking care of their needs is a hallmark of his business practice.
