Matt is the consummate sales consultant! In fact, he has enjoyed a successful career as a mortgage officer and now as a REALTOR. Matt is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing piece of mind to home buyers and sellers who have struggled with buying or selling their homes on their own or with another agent. By making the industry leap to real estate sales from mortgage finance sales, Matt found professional success at a high level that has continued now for over 15 years while enjoying sales success at a rate of over 3 times the average real estate agent. He has made a high-level commitment to his real estate education, having been mentored and coached by some of the most highly acclaimed coaches in the industry.

Today, Matt has used his experience and success to lead, train and motivate his top-notch real estate team to best serve his client's needs. In his personal life, Matt enjoys his free time spent with his wife and three children, church and his love for the outdoors. Matt's college career was spent attending the University of Florida and the University of North Florida earning Majors in Business Marketing and in Business Management. Matt was born and raised in North Florida proudly calling this area his home for over 43 years! He accredits his life's success to his motto "Helping You Live Above the Crowd"!
