Matt Cooper

Matt Cooper joined Capital Real Estate Commercial in 2012 as an agent to assist in the company’s project leasing and Landlord Representation. Now a licensed Broker, Matt specializes in all areas of industrial real estate including tenant, and buyer representation, project leasing, build-to-suit projects, and investment sales. Matt has a broad range of experience in all brokerage services from standard tenant/buyer representation to property management, and landlord representation of multiple developments.
