Matt Cox

During the Summer of 2017, Matt took the leap from the corporate world and got his Real Estate license. Coming from the National Maintenance Industry as an Operations Manager, Matt helped grow and manage an office from four to 40+ employees; in this role, he dealt with escalations, after-hours emergencies and training and development for the company. Matt’s role in the National Maintenance Industry prepared him for a career in real estate by allowing him to become intimately familiar with repair requests, remodeling and general maintenance.

Matt’s first-hand experience in real-estate includes having personally bought and sold three different homes in the Carolinas, along with a long list of industry-related connections in various trades associated with the purchase and sale of a home. “Selling a house can be stressful.” says Matt. “I am here to make the process smooth!” He continues, “My mission includes communication as my number one priority. My promise to my clients is that they will never have to ask me for an update on the process; I will always reach out to them first. Whether the news is fantastic, or perhaps when a delay or issue arises, I am steadfast in my ability to communicate things quickly and accurately.”
