My husband and I are so incredibly grateful for Matt. The process of buying a house is not only long but can be very stressful especially in 2022. He was so patient with us and showed us multiple houses and was extremely honest with his opinions on the houses we looked at. We finally found the perfect house back in September, and after making our final offer, he then walked us through every step, and answered every question we had up until the closing date a month later. He was so easy to communicate with, and responded to phone calls, and text messages very quickly. You cannot go wrong with choosing Matt to be your realtor. He makes it a fun and enjoyable experience.

Awesome experience! I'm moving across the country, from the first time I talked with Matt he made me feel comfortable that we could make this work. He spent alot of time taken me all around the suburbs of Orlando getting to know me and seeing what my preferences were to the point when we would drive up to a place he knew immediately not for me. Matt's extensive knowledge of the Florida market really helped us during the entire process and made us feel great about our first home purchase. From pointing out parts of the home we should pay attention to when viewing homes to being available at various times of the day, there was nothing more we could ask from him.

Matt is personable, professional and has a lot of resources for other needs when purchasing a home (insurance, roofing, electrical to name a few). I cannot think of a realtor that is able to offer any more

I was having a difficult time finding my first home to purchase. Even solicited another realtor to try and help me with the process with no results. Then I found Matt Davies. Right away he had listings to show me and went above and beyond even suggesting locations that I hadn’t thought of that were still close enough of a commute to my job. Within a couple a weeks I was able to find a home I liked. The process that followed was very easy too and if there were any problems during the process like a hold up with the bank Matt was right on top of it which I really appreciated. He was also always available to answer any questions I had. The experience I had with Matt led me to send him my parents way for the sale of their home which they had also had struggles with previous realtors in trying to sell. From what I saw they just listed the property and just let it sit on the web. But Matt with his dedicated team and even through the covid-19 mess was able to sell their home at asking within a couple of months. I’m not one to usually write reviews but I had to say something. Matt and his team are the best and when I’m ever in the market again I’m going with him no question.

The team is professional and they have the most up to date systems in place to insure that your home is marketed to the maximum number of potential buyers. The photos on line were done in a professional manner and proved to be beneficial in drawing in interested parties.
