I was so picky about who I wanted as a realtor, and I honestly I had fired several realtors before I found Matt. I wanted my first time home buying process to be enjoyable. I wanted to be treated fairly, I didn't want to be fear sold, and I wanted someone I could trust.

From the first contact Matt went above and beyond to help us.

He checked all my integrity boxes and was chill to work with.

I never had to wonder what was up with the house, because he was is on top of communication.

I'm so happy with the entire process, everyone told me buying a home would be stressful. Well let me tell you, not with Matt Davis. With Matt it was easy and fun. He also got us an insane good rate with a lender in his network... overall I just feel really well taken care of. I would recommend this company and Matt specifically, to anyone looking to purchase or sell!
