Matt is a wonderful realtor. He hung with us for over a year from the time we met until the time we purchased our Carlsbad home. He was extremely patient and helpful during what was a very difficult sale of our previous house. He was a great navigator of the real estate waters and we could not have been happier. Best of all- he's a really nice guy. We can't recommend him high enough.

My wife and I lived in the Washington, DC area and we used Matt to find a future retirement home in the San Diego (Carlsbad) area near our daughter’s family. Matt was great – he grew up in the area so knew it well. He worked with us over the course of the preceding year to educate us about the area and then helped us find and purchase a house in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. This entailed finding us the right house, conducting multiple on-line walk-throughs, managing the inspection process, getting contractors lined up for minor fixes and closing the transaction. Matt is professional, reliable and I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about Matt Dietor, who helped us with our recent home purchase. Matt’s dedication, perseverance, and integrity were phenomenal! The purchasing transaction became complicated, as well as complex due to a challenging situation in my personal life. At any point of time it would have saved Matt a lot of frustrations if he just gave up on the deal and walked away.
