Matt DiGiulio

Matt joined Zommick McMahon after spending seven years as an investment analyst at SEI Investments. He focuses on retail, industrial & office space investment sales & leasing with an emphasis on retail development. His current Property Management Portfolio with Zommick McMahon ranges from +/-5,000 S.F. of Retail/Office space to +/-25 acres of commercial land for redevelopment. Matt first served as a Client Portfolio Manager for SEI’s Investment Management Unit with his key responsibilities being centered on providing investment analysis of the company’s fund line-up as well as managing close to $100 million in SEI’s Distribution Focused Strategies. Matt also served as an investment analyst on SEI’s Global Equity Team, which managed close to $25 billion in assets under management (AUM). Matt’s focus was on manager selection for SEI’s US Equity funds and was the REIT specialist for the firm’s REIT fund, which had $500 million in AUM as of December 2009. Matt graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the Smeal College of Business.
