Matt Erickson

I am a long term resident of West Orange County, having lived here for nearly two decades. I started my real estate career as a residential real estate appraiser, and moved on to Broker Price Opinions during the Great Recession. After the recession, I owned a restaurant in Downtown Winter Garden. While I had much success with my restaurant, real estate has always been my passion. I sold the restaurant in early 2018 and jumped full-time into residential real estate sales, and I love it! My years of real estate experience, in different fields allows me a unique opportunity to guide sellers and buyers through the often times overwhelming process of real estate transaction. Coupled with my years of providing amazing service and success in the hospitality industry, I bring to my clients a unique set of skills, not seen often in others.
