Matt Foster

A resident of Greenville, South Carolina, since 1995, Matt Foster is a licensed Real Estate Investment Broker with experience in sales, leasing, buyer/tenant representation, property management, and site selection and development. A multi-million-dollar producer of investment sales, Matt has owned, sold, and invested in commercial real estate for more than 20 years.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife of 36 years, his two children, and three grandchildren. When he’s not helping clients, you may find him hiking or biking in the local outdoors or following Clemson football. Passionate about issues facing our local community, he also dedicates a considerable amount of time to working with organizations like Make a Wish and the Greenville Humane Society.
