I presented Matt with a bit of a challenging situation. It was the first week of the month and I had to sell my house and be moved into my new apartment out of state by the end of the month. Very short notice the way things worked out. Potentially could have been a high stress situation. Matt accepted the challenge with a smile. He had enough knowledge of the market and knew his clients’ needs so well that he was able to find someone in a matter of two days that was looking for a house in my neighborhood.

The entire process took about a month to process the usual paperwork and the like but the actual act of finding a buyer took less than a week. The amount of stress Matt lifted off my shoulders to have the biggest task on my list scratched off early was a great feeling.

Highly recommend working with Matt.

Matt was able sell a 20 acre property with shops and out buildings and fine a auctioneer to take care of all the personal property including, farm equipment, tools, and classic cars. I asked that the sale be treated as an Estate sale and it was very trouble free. Matt was a pro and knew all the right people in the area and maximized what I was able to get from the sale.
