We can't make enough positive comments about Matt Ghazarian. He worked diligently with us for over six months until we found the perfect house. We looked at a lot of houses trying to find our home. Matt suggested listings for us matching our 'absolutely perfect house' criteria, as well as arranged for viewings of houses we found on the internet. Matt never made us feel rushed or unimportant. We felt like we were his only clients as he was always available to us whenever we called him. He stepped us through every aspect of home buying and financing, and he put us in touch with a wonderful mortgage company. We were not easy clients; however, Matt never disappointed us. We would definitely recommend Matt to anyone hoping to buy a house.
