About Matt

Matt is the founder and managing broker of Urban Living. He loves lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but will help you buy or sell just about anything. He helps about fifty clients a year, putting him in the top 75 agents in Seattle by sales volume. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, he sold a food-tech startup, ran marketing for Redfin, and worked as a program manager at Microsoft. Matt holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, so he is always happy to geek out on pricing spreadsheets. He lives on a floating home in Eastlake with his wife and two kids. Prior to that Matt lived in the Central District for a year and on Capitol Hill for eight years. When not helping people buy or sell, Matt manages his rental houses, and when not doing that he enjoys skiing, boating, hockey, and whiskey cocktails.
