Matt did an amazing job helping my partner and I purchase our first home! As first time buyers trying to purchase a home while living out of state, we needed to work with someone who was responsive and timely. Matt was always extremely communicative and professional and answered any question we had, big or small. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home, even offering to see properties and video chat with us if we were unable to make the long drive to CT, and was always transparent on any pros/cons a prospective home might offer. Working with Matt felt more like working with a friend and took our best interest to heart with any home we stepped into. He never made us feel pressure to settle or compete with other buyers if we weren’t completely sold on a property. We would recommend Matt Healy to anybody looking for a home in CT! He is the best!

Matt has everything that makes a great agent; he’s patient, kind, realistic and helps you navigate the process of buying a new home. We wanted to purchase a house in the craziest market there had been, over 2 years Matt never was frazzled by anything and was always professional. Over that 2 year period our needs changed and he continued to evolve the search with us. Matt Healy is the BEST! He is abundantly patient, kind and creative. He will get you the answers to all of your questions as soon as humanly possible and he will not stop until you have your dream home at a price you can actually afford. My husband and I fell in love with a loft in New Haven and the main prohibiting factor was the annual cost what with the exorbitant HOA fees and taxes, so Matt, knowing the market as well as he does, knew they were unusually high and actually went to the owner and convinced him to go to City Hall to get the taxes lowered! He’s a super hero. Honestly.
