About Matt

Matt and his business partner Heather, purchased Leland Realty in 2022. They were excited for the opportunity to own this great long standing, family-owned real estate company and to keep it locally and family owned.
Matthew has been in Real Estate for since 2005 and is an expert in the residential housing market. He has received an award for reaching the Executive Club with RE/MAX for outstanding sales achievements in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2010 along with the 100% club in 2009. Matthew also received recognitions for his contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network in 2007 through 2012. He is a member of the MLS in the area and also a Realtor. He uses his expert knowledge to help home sellers to market their home for the best results.
Matthew has received his CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) so he can work closely with sellers who are facing the possibility of have their home being foreclosed on. He is able to show them that there is light at the end of the tunnel. He also helps buyers of all kinds with the purchase of the home and real estate. Matthew helps buyers with the complete buying process; from helping them find a mortgage lender all the way to receiving a clear title to their new home with a title company.
Matthew has lived in the Albert Lea community for over 49 years and is currently raising his family here. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, boating, and riding motorcycle.
