About Matt

In 1999 Matt started remodeling homes in the Denver area. He fell for it immediately. Matt moved to Seattle with my wife Selena in 2003. This move led to running a tile installation and remodel business for a decade plus. In 2012 Matt bought his first home and met a home inspector. This seemed a natural fit for the next professional chapter in his life. Two weeks later Matt was in inspection school and launched Seattle Property Inspection later that year. By the time he added his real estate license in 2017 he had completed over 1000 home inspections. As great as inspecting homes was, it turns out selling them is better. Matt has been with his best friends, the Lamb Team, since early 2018. Every day is a blast. Let’s get together and talk about homes!
