We listed our home for sale with Matt Kellam near the end of last year. He responded immediately to tour our property and to present us with a great listing price. He explained the pricing theory of the Help-U-Sell model very well. Matt’s fee as the listing agent was a flat $4950 verses the typical 3% of sale price - $11175 for our home.That’s a savings of $6225 for the listing fee. Our home was under contract in 2 days with 1 showing and a full asking price offer! It was open to all multilist agents to offer for sale and local agent Mike West(terrific work, Mike!)brought a buyer in within a day! Help-U-Sell’s sales agent fee depends if a multilist agent, a Help-U-Sell agent, or you, yourself, find the buyer. In our case, Mr. West. an agent from a MLS found the buyer. Under the HUS formula, that saved an additional $1863 in fees for a total savings on the transaction of nearly $8100! Same agents, same professional experience, same full service right thru settlement as with the more traditional methods of operation. I feel many people don’t fully understand that there is no catch and no difference in service except more savings and value for YOU , the seller. Do yourself a favor and at least give Matt a visit to explain the concept. You have nothing to lose but a lot to gain, I promise you! Matt was there for us with answering any questions, making contacts, sending and answering emails, posting pictures of the house, and doing all paperwork in very quick fashion! He’s a real professional in the business and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed in his efforts! We thank him for leading us thru this entire process and for his continued friendship!

I really don't have enough kind things to say about Matt. Matt has a vast knowledge of real estate, extreme professionalism, and an ability to make you feel like his only client. Matt worked around our schedule (which is an insane one) without cancelling or needing to postpone our showings, which is an extreme asset in the market right now, where houses are flying off the market. Matt not only knows about real estate, but he takes the time to get to know you, so his ability to show us the right houses with minimal time wasted was so appreciated (especially 6 months pregnant, which comes with extreme hunger and sleepiness at all times). If you want a real estate agent that is genuine, professional, caring, and going to fight for you every step of the way, Matt should be your number one go to guy. Matt found my fiance and I's forever home in an impossible market with ease and minimal stress. Matt was our go to guy in the past, and he will continue to be that guy in the future. You're making a mistake if you're not with Matt Kellam at Keystone Realty!

My wife and I dipped our toes in the water and started looking at some open houses in the area. At one of the open houses we found Matt. He seemed very trust worthy, not pushy, and very attentive. During the open house, we didn't find the house that we wanted, but we did find the realtor! Matt was great!!! The process of finding a house can be stressful; however, Matt seemed to take all that stress away. We looked at 6-7 houses w/ Matt before finding the one that we absolutely loved. I'm a firefighter/paramedic and tend to have a crazy schedule... Matt worked with my crazy schedule and was always quick to answer questions or get answers for us. Buying a house was FUN, only because Matt was truly that AMAZING! Seriously, if you are looking to buy or sell - Help U Sell is the place to trust - Matt is extremely organized, trustworthy, attentive, and simply one of the best.

I just purchased my first home and worked with Matt Kellum as my realtor. I had such a GREAT experience with Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty. Matt set realistic expectations with me. He was also very friendly and genuine. It was clear that finding the right home for me was a priority to him. He kept me up to date with the newest listings and was willing to work around my schedule with showings when I was transitioning back and forth between Chicago and Chambersburg. He was patient with me when I had a million questions. Additionally, he was very responsive whether I called, emailed or texted. From start to finish, it was a great experience.
