About Matt
Matthew Kelly was licensed at the age of 18 and saw how he could carry on the family legacy that his mom had worked so hard to establish. They were able to partner together for, and she’s still a member of his team to this day. In those early years, he had to work especially hard so people would see beyond his young age. He was determined to succeed because he had found something he loved and had a passion for.
Matthew was able to grow through using the Brian Buffini Systems. They were one of the first groups in Massachusetts to use them, and they did wonders. He was drawn to it because it focused on referrals, growing those connections, nurturing those relationships. That means working with families for three generations.
It’s important to Matt to be a coach for other agents, even if they don’t work for him. The way he see it, they are all on the same team. The relationships he has built with others in his field are as important as the ones with his clients. Matt spends a lot of time learning lessons. He want others to be afforded the same opportunities.
In real estate, you can be there for the sale or be there for life. He always want to be there for life. Matt wants to be the person who’s called when a client has a leaky pipe and needs a reputable contractor.
In his early 20’s,he I married his high school sweetheart, and they have two beautiful children. One wonders what sort of effect things like that may have on their career, but he couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. His flexibility allows him to be there for the big events and the memorable moments for his daughters and family.
On the more personal side of things, his wife and him are now the house that hosts the get-togethers. Home is again like he remembered when he was growing up. It’s the place where they create their memories and their stories. And now he helps deliver that same space to others to create theirs.
