Matt worked with me to make sure my house was ready for photos before listing, made sure the price was set perfectly, and created an attention grabbing listing that made me want to buy my own house again. But what seriously matters: My house sold the first day it was on market. First day showings, an immediate offer, contract for sale three days later, and closed within 60 days at full listing price. I have worked with almost a dozen realtors and Matt is the only agent I would recommend to others or use again myself. Definitely my first choice in KS and MO.

Matt rules! He was a fantastic no-pressure realtor that worked with us over a several month process to find the perfect house for our young family. After we were settled, he helped us stage and sell our house with multiple offers the first day on the market. He's great over email / text, and he's also just kinda a funny, cool dude. Went through the house buying experience as a lower income artsy person. Found that some folks won’t even deal with you cause of that. Went through 3 Relators during this time. Matt was kind , genuine , very educated on the process and things to look for, was willing to get into creepy crawl spaces n such to be through with out asking even though he’s tall and a snappy dresser. Easy to be around and I recommend. I know everyone has different needs , but I felt comfortable and not judged by him being an artsy person in need and in a lower income bracket than most
