About Matt
Matt King is a Cincinnati Realtor®, entrepreneur, and community leader who believes great real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people discover places where they can truly thrive.
A lifelong Cincinnatian, Matt has an unwavering passion for the city and a deep commitment to helping it reach its fullest potential. He serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of MORTAR, advises the Camp Washington Urban Revitalization Corporation’s Real Estate Committee, and actively volunteers with organizations including Adventure Crew, Saturday Hoops, and Keep Cincinnati Beautiful. Whether exploring a neighborhood on foot, spending an afternoon at a local museum, or supporting Cincinnati’s small businesses, Matt is constantly seeking a deeper understanding of the people and places that make Cincinnati unique.
Years spent studying Cincinnati’s neighborhoods, architecture, businesses, and community organizations—and actively serving many of them—give Matt a perspective that extends well beyond square footage and comparable sales. He helps clients understand not just a home, but the character, history, and future of the places they’re investing in.
Matt is also the creator of @queencityimagined - a project that uses architecture, urban design, emerging technology and visual storytelling to inspire conversations about Cincinnati's future. His work was featured on the cover of The Cincinnati Enquirer’s Business section, highlighting his vision for creating more beautiful, connected, and vibrant neighborhoods throughout the city.
Professionally, Matt combines more than 15 years of experience in business operations, logistics, negotiation, and relationship building with the market expertise and collaborative resources of The Baron Group at Keller Williams Advisors. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer, helping a family sell a longtime home, or advising an investor on their next opportunity, he approaches every relationship with thoughtful communication, strategic insight, and genuine care.
As the husband of a public-school teacher and father of four, Matt understands that choosing where to live is about far more than finding the right house—it’s about building the life you want. His goal is to help every client feel connected not only to their home, but to the neighborhood and community that surrounds it.
Real estate is ultimately about people, place, and possibility. Matt believes the best decisions happen when all three come together.
