There are certain roles some of us are born in to. Some choose their path while others seem to be destined for them. While Real Estate is both a choice and a path for Matt Leprino, one cannot ignore that it’s also perhaps ingrained in to the very fiber of his professional fabric. The son of homebuilders, grandson of developers and veteran in the real estate arena now weaves these patches in to his own real estate acumen.

After childhood weekends and after school’s spent on construction sites, Matt’s first professional dive in to real estate came in the field of Title Insurance. After establishing his foundation in ownership transfer, his commitment and understanding grew as he went on to work in the Research Department of a commercial real estate firm. From Commercial, his studies brought him to the University of Denver where he received his combined degree in both Real Estate and Marketing. Following his graduation, Matthew capitalized on a rapidly changing market and was employed by a prominent local firm as Transaction Manager and Property Manager; participating in the sale of over 400 homes in just two short years. Bringing forward his extensive experience and market education, Matthew founded his first Brokerage in 2008.

His firm was committed to serving clients with absolute integrity and excellence while developing a respected market presence in 11 years before being acquired by another firm in 2019. Since that pivot, Matthew resurrected the Ridgewood name, pioneered in the 1950s by his Grandfather. The focus of Ridgewood being a data-centric, value-driven enterprise, the next chapter is driven by company who’s name is synonymous with many of the Denver-area’s best known subdivisions and most groundbreaking communities.
