Matt Malone

Matt Malone founded the (Advisor Real Estate Team) Commercial Division at (William Fannin Realty, Inc.) Brokerage - with an emphasis on Buyer & Tenant Representation.
Matt has completed numerous deals since 2002 spanning all commercial areas including: Retail; Restaurant; Office; Medical; Warehouse; Investment; etc.
Matt has represented large national companys expanding in Central Ohio to individual start-ups looking for their first space.
Prior to getting his real estate license, Matt Malone worked at Huntington National Bank for over 12 years. Matt left his officer position in 2002 as the (corporate-wide) Sales & Service Program Manager for Business Banking.
During Matt’s career he’s also worked at Chemical Mortgage and a family-owned and operated Title Service.
EDUCATION
Matt holds a degree in Consumer Economics from The Ohio State University which focuses on various factors and markets influencing buyer behavior.
