We asked Matt to sell our property, after using him to sell 2 other properties in a family probate situation. He did a great job on those 2 and we were able to navigate through with very few issues. We were afraid one of the properties would be difficult to sell, but Matt got it done in a very very short period of time. Fast forward 2 years and we asked Matt to list our own property had been listed twice in 3 years and gone unsold.
