About Matt

Matt is a true Pasadena native. For three generations his family has lived in the Crown City. He takes great honor in the depth of his roots and loves sharing this fantastic area and its history with others. For elementary school, he attended Saints Felicitas and Perpetua Catholic School, followed by Huntington Middle School and San Marino High School. After high school he studied interior design and graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Real estate has been both his passion and obsession for over 10 years. Having an interest in architecture, particularly historic residential architecture, makes his profession particularly fulfilling.

His clients and their families are a top priority. He knows that moving is a stressful experience, and he will do everything that he can to minimize this effect. You can count on him from before you pack your first box until you unpack your last. He is extremely active in the Pasadena area. You can catch him around January 1st wearing his "white suit" as a member of the Tournament of Roses Association, which is responsible for organizing the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl Game. He is also a docent at the Gamble House, the most prominent and best-preserved example of Charles and Henry Greene's work.

As he mentioned, his family has lived in the Pasadena area for more than 100 years. Honestly, he does not think there is a finer place to live and raise a family. You can count on him as your Pasadena-area realtor for life.
