Matt is a wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and also patient. We looked at probably 40 houses before I was able to find my house! Matt was able to point out potential concerns in many homes that we looked at so I felt very informed and comfortable with making decisions on what would be the best home for me. I definitely recommend him!

Thanks to Matt, we sold our house very quickly.I was surprised at how easy and fast the whole process was. He provided guidance on how to prepare the house for sale, repairs/general maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised at how much traffic we had. Our home had good visibility, and even though it was vacant and unfurnished, we had traffic and an offer within the first two days.
