Michael Miller is an experienced real estate advisor with over three decades in the business. He became an expert in new construction homes working for many of the top national builders throughout his career. He was involved in the growth of Palm Beach Gardens in the 90s, selling new construction at PGA National, Ibis, and Moorings of Jupiter. He has been successful selling a broad range of properties from luxury estate homes, to townhomes, to 55+ communities. Michael knows the importance of finding the right fit for you and your family. His understanding of new construction gives him a unique ability to make sure your purchase or sale progresses smoothly by identifying potential hurdles early on and delivering solutions. Also licensed in New Jersey, Michael grew up in Montclair and spent summers at the Jersey Shore and on Nantucket. He recently joined Illustrated Properties located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Illustrated Properties’ family of companies is the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Florida with over $8 billion in real estate sales annually. Through Illustrated Properties’ affiliations with Christie’s International and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Michael has access to a top global network as well. When Michael isn’t advising customers, he enjoys spending the day on the water cruising or fishing. On land, you might find him on the golf course or with his wife Shelagh, out on the tennis and pickleball courts. As one of 13 children, Michael enjoys spending time with his large extended family but he reserves special family time for Wallace, his English Springer Spaniel.
