Matt Minor

Although he grew up in New Jersey, Matt is a southerner by choice, having called North Carolina home for six of the last eight years. He and his family fell in love with the Raleigh-Durham area five years ago and after a brief stint in Georgia decided it was time to move back and stay put. ­ Matt graduated from the US Naval Academy and served as an officer in the Marine Corps. While deployed to Afghanistan, Matt worked with local businesses to negotiate contracts and complete construction projects, and he enjoyed building relationships in the local community. This is what excites him most about real estate – being able to connect with people and help them achieve their goals. Matt and his wife Molly live in Durham with their four small kids. They are active in their church, CityWell, and love the community they’ve built here in Durham. In Matt’s free time you can find him chasing his kids on local playgrounds, building things out of pallet wood, and working on his motorcycle.
