We got the pleasure of working with Matt in selling our family home. Matt was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. He realized the sale of our family home had sentimental meaning to us and did everything in regards to what was best for our family.He made the experience easy for us. Matt knows his stuff he is very knowledgeable with the Colorado Real Estate market. I would say to anyone looking to sell or buy a home please consider Matt he is truly a Blessing.

It all started back in the early part of 2015 when I went to an auction at the El Paso County courthouse with a friend. I was sitting the in the back observing the process and in comes this dude and he sits down next to me. He introduces himself: Hi I am Matt Pacheco. I introduce myself and ask him what he is there for. He tells me that he is a realtor, and we proceed to chat a bit. He asks what I am looking for. At this point I was simply looking to purchase my first investment property, but I was already working with another realtor. I told him this and he hands me his card. We chatted some more and I put his card in a drawer when I got home. A few months later I fired my realtor and pushed pause on investing. The following January I started the hunt again for an investment. This time I called Matt to help me and he agreed to work with me. The reason I fired my first realty was due to her dishonesty. I stay with Matt because of his integrity. Also his knowledge of the Springs' housing market is second to none! He coached me and guided me to a direction of investing that I was not interested in and it has paid off more than 3 times. First two were when the HOA in the townhomes he recommended to me covered damage that occurred to the outside of my rental. The 3rd is the most important. He guided me to a great deal that has now doubled in value over 3 years. I have purchased 2 homes with Matt and sold one with him. He is now more than my realtor he is my friend. He also has connections for days. If you need help in the world of real estate he may know the person that can solve your problem. I am currently living in Oregon and when I need to know anything regarding the real estate market in the Springs I call Matt. You will not be disappointed when you choose to work with Matt to find, or sell your home.
