I’m Matt Palmer, the owner and lead broker at Summit Residential. Before starting my own brokerage, I spent over 12
years as an agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where I earned multiple top producer awards in one of the
most competitive markets in the country. Over the years, I’ve successfully negotiated more than 200 real estate
transactions, totaling over $90 million in sales.
I’ve had the pleasure of helping numerous investors with both single and multi-family investments, providing
guidance on both the purchase and management side. As an investor myself, with three properties around central
Massachusetts, I know firsthand what it takes to find, analyze, and make various real estate investments profitable.
