Matt and I came in contact accidentally when my information request was sent to his office by mistake. Matt was proactive and personally followed-up with me. During our initial conversation he impressed me with his knowledge, drive, and trustworthiness. Shortly thereafter I signed a representation agreement with the Matt Rhine Group to secure a rental property for me. 4 weeks later I closed on a property in a location recommended by Matt (previously not being considered by myself). Matt and his team engaged themselves every step of the way and Matt continues to provide assistance in getting my newly purchased property rented and managed. I have benefited from not only Matt's direct, personal support, but also his extensive network of contacts. When we were thinking we might eventually sell our first home, we reached out to Matt and his group. They helped us buy it, too, and that experience completely opened my eyes to the fact that not everyone in real estate is a ravenous shark. You can read my facebook review of the buying experience, too. But, even though it's more praise, this review is about our recent sale of the home Matt and his group helped us buy, a year ago.

We recently decided we are moving out of state, for a better work opportunity. While I was still in the interview process, we reached out to Matt and his group to float the possibility of selling. Before we even decided to sell, he and his group were spending non-trivial amounts of time advising us on how to proceed, just in case we made the decision. This is the sort of engagement we'd come to expect, after working with him on the original purchase of the home. We were happily reassured that these folks maintain the highest standard of service to their clients.

When we finally decided to sell, Matt and Ksenia had everything ready within a couple of days. They recommended someone to stage the house, arranged for photos to be taken, had the sign in the yard and the posting up on the web within days. We felt comfortable providing input at every step of the process, but at this point we know to basically just trust Matt and team.

We had offers over the asking price before the house even officially went on the market.

My wife and I can't recommend Matt highly enough. It was our first time working with Ksenia, and now we can say the same about her. If only they were active in the region where we are moving, we could rest assured we'd land in a good place, there. That's the one downside, actually: Matt and team can't help us find a home in Denmark!

Previously someone else was the listing agent but they couldn’t get it moving with the right buyers. Very nice property but she couldn’t get it done. It was stagnant for about 3 months.
