Matt Robinson has 21 years of experience in the San Diego apartment industry. Prior to founding MD Real Estate, he worked at some of the leading commercial real estate firms in San Diego including both larger companies and smaller boutique firms, which allows him to bring a skillful and personalized approach to each client. Mr. Robinson’s determination, dynamic energy, commitment to his clients, and extensive knowledge of the marketplace allow him to provide increased efficiency and added value throughout each state of a transaction or 1031 exchange. His clients appreciate his attention to detail, integrity, marketing strategies, and responsiveness. He has a vast understanding of all San Diego submarkets since he grew up locally in Pacific Beach in a family with a strong background in multi-family assets. He owns and manages five apartment buildings in San Diego throughout the coastal, central, and east county neighborhoods and has plans to continue to invest in San Diego apartments.
