Matt’s guidance and support throughout our experience was incredible. As first time home buyers we needed someone that could walk us through each step and help us make informed decisions. We needed a lot of support through a very complicated mortgage and purchase situation, and Matt was there every step of the way. We were able to sign docs easily at home which helped move the process along and was super convenient (we have a one year old). We ended up getting the house we wanted for a great price with his help. We couldn’t be happier. If we ever decide to move, buy again or sell, Matt will be our guy for sure.

We were first time home buyers, going into the process with a million questions and a quite a bit of anxiety. From our very first conversation with Matt, he assuaged our natural “first time jitters,” recommended a list of contacts for the various other people we would need to engage during the process, but most importantly, outlined in clear and easy language the path forward. He was honest, straightforward, kind, strategic, and just ON OUR SIDE from the get-go. He felt like a friend and an agent. The first word that comes to mind when I think of my experience with him is “communication.” Matt was always available to talk about the process, answer questions, or just listen to us, day or night. When an important milestone was coming up, he seemed to know how we were feeling and he’d text just to check in. We love the home we bought and we could not have done it without him. I would recommend him 1,000% to anybody looking to buy or sell. It’s my sincerest hope that I can have the privilege of recommending him to a friend in the future.

Matt Rositano helped me find my home three years ago, and it was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.
He was available 24/7, and went to battle on my behalf which ended up saving me thousands of dollars.
His utilization of technology only streamlines the process further.
He's an agent who knows the Metro West area very well, and also has great banking connections (which I ended up using for my banking needs to buy my house). Couldn't recommend him enough!
