This is the only realtor that I have seen talk you out of a deal because it would have been a legal headache to deal with. Matt is not in it just to make a sell. He makes sure that his clients will be happy with their purchase. He is very informative and he does tons of research on the property to make sure his clients is not surprised after the purchase.
