Matt Roth is a awesome realtor. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that the property that was purchased was a good deal. This is the only realtor that I have seen talk you out of a deal because it would have been a legal headache to deal with. Matt is not in it just to make a sell. He makes sure that his clients will be happy with their purchase. He is very informative and he does tons of research on the property to make sure his clients is not surprised after the purchase. Very trustworthy person and I will be doing more transactions with him in the future. If you are looking for someone that you can trust with your real estate needs look no further Matt Roth is the guy to go with.

Matt was my broker for the purchase of my new home in El Cerrito CA. He is local to the San Diego area, as I was, but he drove out to the Bay area to help me look for a house that met my criteria. He also walked me through the Escrow process and helped me inspect the homes and process the information provided by the sellers. His help was priceless - I believe I could not have found and purchased my new home so quickly and efficiently without him - I would probably still be looking!
