I have recently purchased a property in AZ and Mr. Matthew Sanchez was the agent that represented me in a very professional and energetic manner from the start of identifying properties that would suit my preferences up to the point of negotiating and closing the deal on the property that I ultimately selected. Matthew was very enthusiastic during the entire process by actively responding positively to my general queries in the beginning, showing and updating me on the properties available in a manner that fit my limitations since I live in Bangkok, Thailand (e.g. email, personally recording videos of the properties and sending them to me by way of YouTube, etc.) and also actively working with my son who was located in AZ at the time. If you are looking to engage a true professional that provides excellent customer services from the beginning to the end of the process I would strongly recommend you hire Mr. Matthew Sanchez who is very knowledgeable and energetic in assisting to meet your needs.

Matt was a great person and realtor to work with on my first home purchase. From our initial phone call he assured me that he would be there every step of the way as I had no idea what I was doing when it came to buying a home. His recommendations for a lender, home inspector, and every other person I needed along the way were great and extremely helpful. Matt changed my perception about realtors as being just the typical salesmen, but he genuinely cared about myself and my family and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. It was never a struggle to contact Matt as he worked as quickly and as efficiently as anyone I've ever worked with before. He has done an outstanding job of working with the finance company on my behalf and has handled the negotiations with the seller in a very professional manor. I have closed 1000s of transactions as a title and escrow officer, and after a few weeks of working with the many different agents, the really good ones start to stick out. Matt and I have done many transactions in the past and I have never once heard a bad thing his clients has said about him. He takes the time out to ensure they 100% comprehend what the home buying process is like and often goes above and beyond to satisfy their needs. There are A LOT of Realtors out there, but there are very few GOOD ones, and Matt certainly falls into that category.

As a first time home buyer, my fiancé and I were very concerned about the dangers of purchasing a home. We had no idea what to expect or even how to start. Once we sat down with Matt Sanchez, everything fell into place. He helped us to understand and narrow down our search criteria. The homes that he recommended were right in line with all of our needs. We found the home we wanted the very first day we went looking. I went through two other agents before finding Matt and am glad I did not settle for the average realtor.
