Matt was born and raised in the Midlands. He began working in the real estate profession in 2004 and ranked the top agent in transactions for South Carolina in 2021, 2022 and 2023. He is dedicated to the success of the Coldwell Banker Realty team but, most importantly, his client's needs and concerns. Matt consistently meets his client's expectations and receives continuous referrals from pleased clients. Matt currently lives in the Batesburg-Leesville area of the Midlands with his wife Angie and son Connor. He is a member of Wittenberg Lutheran Church, a board member of the Batesburg Youth Sports League, and a member of B-L Lodge 138.
