Matt Shelton

Matt graduated from CSU-Fresno in 1980 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing. From college he began a management career in restaurants, ending up in Aptos in 1984. In 1985 he was hired to re-start and operate the Santa Cruz office of J.R. Parrish, opening a Monterey and Gilroy office shortly thereafter. In 1992 Matt bought the Santa Cruz and Monterey offices. In addition to managing the office he generally sells several million dollars’ worth of real estate a year and leases between 50,000 and 100,000 SF primarily in Santa Cruz County. Matt is past President of the Museum of Art and History having served on their Board for over ten years, currently on the Board of Georgianna Bruce Kirby School and a member of the Santa Cruz Rotary.
