About Matt

Matt's passion for real estate and land development was nurtured from an early age by his father, Jon Spheeris, who communicated to his son the importance of hard work and creativity in every aspect of the business. Inspired by his father’s example, Matt energetically pursued a degree in Commercial Real Estate at Marquette University Business School in Milwaukee before joining his own family in business.
