Matt Thomas

With licenses in multiple states, Matt has extensive experience in all facets of the real estate cycle from acquisition to management to disposition. Matt first entered the real estate arena upon graduation from the University of Georgia in 2001. In the 20+ years since, Matt has represented clients in hundreds of brokerage transactions and consulting assignments with a focus on investment properties.
In addition to being a co-founder and the broker of Atlas, Matt has related experience with other firms during his 20+ year career. He was a top producing agent for Coldwell Banker from 2001-2007, a partner and operations manager of a property management firm with over 5000 bedrooms under management from 2011-2017 and as portfolio director for Roofstock.
This variety of experiences has given Matt a unique skill set to assist clients. At every stop, Matt has implemented systems to increase efficiency and maximize returns for both his clients and the business he's working with.
