Matthew Lahti, Designated Broker and Owner of Pacific Northwest Realty Group, was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2004 and has 14 years of experience in both sales and management of day to day operations. Matthew lists and sell property all over Southwest Washington, including Cowlitz, Clark, Lewis, and Wahkiakum counties while specializing in Bank Owned (REO) foreclosures and short sales. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Washington Association of REALTORS (WR), Cowlitz County Association of REALTORS (LOCAR), and the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA).

Matthew also holds these designations: Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and the ePRO Designation from the National Association of REALTORS which focuses on real estate technology and marketing.
