Matthew Bennett

Before becoming a Realtor, Matthew owned his own contracting business for 20 years, focusing on home remodeling and additions. He brings valuable insight to his Real Estate clients in how homes can be improved, what could be problem areas, and general costs when looking at buying.

Matthew holds a dual degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati. He has been innovative on marketing and utilizing the latest technologies when listing homes for sale. He offers a virtual 3D walk-through for his clients when listing their home. Like this one.

Matthew and his wife, Karol, have been married 20 years this September. They have a 13-year-old daughter, Gillian, and three canine kids. They are an outdoors kind of family, enjoying boating, fishing, and hiking when they are not at one of Gillian’s soccer events. Their most memorable vacation to date has been their trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota. It was a week filled with lots of steps on their Fitbit!
