The Divine brand consists of four companies. Divine Properties LLC is a real estate holding and management company for medium to long term holds (3+years). Divine Development LLC is a company that is a short term holding company AKA "flip company". Divine Real Estate LLC is a real estate brokerage that helps the community with their real estate transactions.
Lastly, Divine Capital Group LLC is a company that helps investors achieve their financial goals. The company is focused on achieving attractive risk-adjusted returns while maximizing long-term capital appreciation. This company acquires income producing residential property throughout the US east coast from Miami, FL to Boston, MA. Their investments include apartment communities and potentially mixed use properties. Collectively the Divine brand has acquired over $15 million dollars in residential real estate in the last year.
Matthew Botelho has 4+ years of professional experience in the real estate investment and development industry. Matthew Botelho has experience in many facets of real estate investing including acquisitions, underwriting, construction management, development, business operations and business development. Matthew's strong work ethic combined with his systematic no-nonsense strategies are what have allowed him to manage up to 20 rehab projects simultaneously. His vast construction management experience includes single family homes and multi-family residences. Experience ranges from minor cosmetic rehabs all the way to new construction and everything in between.
Matthew believes the key to rehabbing properties successfully and profitably is to implement systems. Matthew applies his no-nonsense approach, not only to investing, but also when teaching others how to realistically build wealth through real estate investing.
Matthew Botelho is originally from Massachusetts, where he studied Business at Western Governors University.
