Matthew assisted us in our recent home purchase. His knowledge and expertise helped us secure a contract on the first home we made an offer on. Not only can he help you craft a competitive offer, but he also has knowledge of mortgage programs, local lenders, and contractors for repairs noted during the inspection. His assistance made the necessary steps between having our offer accepted and closing on the house a breeze. He was in constant communication with us, our lender, and the listing agent to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible throughout the transaction, even while he was on vacation.

Matthew has set the bar for what people should expect from a realtor astronomically high. I sincerely hope he is still in the real estate business if/when we decide to move again because the real estate agents we have worked with in the past just couldn’t compare.

Working with Matt was a true blessing! We were on a tight schedule to purchase a home and our first realtors were not a good fit. Matt stepped in quickly and professionally and did his due diligence to see what we were looking for and what we needed in a home. He guided our process flawlessly and expeditiously. He even had a supreme level of patience as we turned down homes that he showed us. When we ultimately found a home after being outbid for 2 other homes, he got the seller to replace the AC unit AND ensure that the HVAC system was safely installed. Going under contract with an "AS-IS" home can be dangerous but he made sure we felt comfortable. Finally, to ensure that the deal did not fall through, he purchased a home warranty for us in the event that issues popped up.

I am very thankful that Matt stepped in at short notice because our home purchase process would have been derailed without his initiative. I cannot say enough that he was committed to us understanding and being empowered in the process. Now, he is a part of our family and we look forward to him being invited to our new home! Wow! Talk about going the extra mile! We recently purchased a home in Bowie, MD while living in Indiana.
