Matthew Chiarelli

Graduating from Hofstra University in 2001 with a degree in Business Management, Matthew immediately accepted an internship from the AOL-Time Warner Book Group in Manhattan. He worked in the Sales & Marketing department, with a concentration on budget analysis & sales forecasting. It was an invaluable experience as he built a strong network and acquired a great deal of sales training during his time there. Upon completion of the internship, he began working for St. Farm Insurance in New York City. He handled negotiating pre-trial injury lawsuits with attorneys. This is when he began to develop strong negotiating skills. After working at St. Farm for 3+ years, Matthew acquired his real estate license. Always a passion of his, Matthew knew he had found his career. Matthew is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. Matthew is experienced in rental properties, property management & distressed properties. Matthew has been investing in and flipping real estate since 2016.
