If you’ve ever sold your home before, you might have wondered if you’d get what it’s worth (or above it if you’re lucky) and how quickly it would sell. As I prepared to move from the place I had called mine for many years this November, these questions crossed my mind. I first heard about Matt Comer from a neighbor of mine and decided to reach out to him. He was quick to respond, professional at all levels of communication, and likable (he had that unique twist of undeniable expertise and conversation skills that put me at ease like an old friend). My first impression of Matt was that of a consummate realtor.  The entire experience was incredible, from our first interaction until the day I closed on my home. Matt got me an offer above my asking price, was quick to respond to every call and text, partnered with a fantastic photographer who took beautiful pictures of every room, and went out of his way to assist me with the little things he didn’t need to do, like alerting the management company of my condominium complex, that I would be moving from my unit soon.  He delivered the kind of service that separates the great from the exceptional. It was high touch, personalized to my needs, transparent, and never without a solution to every unexpected turn. As a former customer service professional focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, I can assure you that Matt is the creme de la creme of selling homes. I don’t like ending a review with a quote, but I felt this spoke to Matt, this work ethic, and the reason he excels:  We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
